Services

Three perspectives, one goal: more visible delivery.

The form of support depends on where the project gets stuck: in the delivery flow, in product-side decisions, or in clarifying business requirements.

01 · Process and visibility

Delivery Consultant

Useful when it feels like something is not quite right: another project does not reach the finish line with its original scope, or too much has to be cut to fit time and budget. It also helps when the number of suppliers, teams or systems grows, and these need to be aligned across processes, administration and handover points.

How I can help

  • Reviewing delivery processes and tools.
  • Analysing blockers, manual workarounds and hidden administration.
  • Reviewing how Jira, Confluence or existing delivery tools are being used.
  • Optimising administration without introducing new tools where possible.
  • Clarifying ownership, approval points and handover flows.

What you get at the end

A clear report on the main blockers, concrete recommendations to simplify the way of working, and next steps that do not add unnecessary administration.

02 · Product and decisions

Product Owner

Useful when the business goal is clear, but scope, priorities, backlog or stakeholder expectations are not aligned well enough.

How I can help

  • Structuring and prioritising business needs.
  • Cleaning up the backlog and writing or reviewing user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Clarifying scope: what fits, what does not, and where decisions are needed.
  • Supporting sprint and release planning from the business side.
  • Supporting stakeholder communication and supplier alignment.

What you get at the end

A better prioritised backlog, clearer development-ready tasks, a cleaner scope and decision points that help the team move forward.

03 · Requirements and understanding

Business Analyst

A good fit when the business need must be clarified, business and technology need to be connected, or structured documentation is needed for development.

How I can help

  • Business requirement discovery and clarification.
  • Gap analysis, process review and interpretation of solution alternatives.
  • Creating or reviewing specifications, user stories and documentation.
  • Business validation of test cases and acceptance criteria.
  • Creating user manuals, knowledge base content and training materials.

What you get at the end

Clearer business requirements, more understandable development tasks and documentation that supports decisions, development, testing and handover instead of existing for its own sake.

Delivery consulting process

What does a delivery consulting engagement look like?

Delivery consulting is not only useful when a project is already stuck. It can also add value when a company enters a new development situation: a larger integration starts, a new supplier or internal team needs to be aligned, multiple stakeholders have to work together, or an informal way of working is no longer enough for trackable delivery.

The goal is not to add more administration to the project, but to make the work more transparent, easier to follow and easier to hand over — ideally by building on the tools already in place.

01

Alignment and situation overview

We discuss the development situation ahead: a new integration, team alignment, backlog clean-up, approval flow or delivery visibility.

02

Review of ways of working and tools

I review how requirements, decisions, statuses and handover points currently live across Jira, Confluence, documentation, meeting structure, backlog or release notes.

03

Identifying blockers and risks

We are not looking for someone to blame. The goal is to see where information may get lost, where responsibility is unclear, and what may later cause delay or unnecessary administration.

04

Report and recommended way of working

You receive a short, usable summary of the current way of working, the main risks and the recommended changes.

05

Workshop and handover

We discuss the recommendations with the people involved. If needed, I can also support the setup of a Jira board, Confluence structure, DoR / DoD or release note template.

06

Support during the first period

If needed, I can support the team for a few weeks or months after launch, so the new way of working becomes daily practice instead of staying in a document.

Not every situation requires a full delivery consulting process. If hands-on Product Owner or Business Analyst support is what you need, I can also join on a day-rate or project-based basis.
